I purchased/registered Power Pack and received the download link via e-mail. I downloaded the software, but when I try to install the registered version of Power Pack, I get a message saying, "This installation appears to be corrupted, please obtain a new install." But, when I download the software (via the same link in the e-mail) again, I get the same error message. Can someone help? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, James.

I occasionally have experienced problems with a download being corrupt that subsequent downloading haven't sorted. I assume that instead of retrieving the file from the original location subsequent downloads pick it up from a proxy server somewhere or even my own PC.
Have you tried clearing out the cache on your PC before you attempt to download it again.
