    yeh i don't know. i just know awave does a good job and had 5 different algorithm's to choose from.

      I saw a brief mention of midi there, but not again when I tried to look more in detail. I'll have to downlaod the trial version. Does it save? Many don't.

      Not many others besides dMC Aux Input that do a good job of it, allowing capture to many different formats and are free

        yes not many free ones out there. yes awave demo will allow you 2 min convertion.

        the reality is auxiliary input is just missing some features to make it easier. there is a thread i did somewhere once about adding auxiliary input into audio cd input so all the controls are there.
