I downloaded the codec for wma. file for the music converter. I have windows player v10. I shut down completely. Turned back on it still says i dont have the proper codec. I then downloaded the first step v9 codecs still no luck. :(

In that thread you will also find another user's suggestion to try the wma a/v codec setting. Please let us know what you find out since we seem to be getting a number of people reporting problems with wma v10.

I converted to wave from mp4 then to wma and it works. Go figure! :smile2:Comment
