.amr codec

Hello There!

I was wondering if there's any codec's that work with .amr files? These come out of Nokia phone's, specificlly 6230. I wanted to convert these over to a format that was useful in Windows and that didnt require the Nokia media player which doesn't seem to have any conversion abilities (which I saw anyway!). Am actually wanting to use them in a PowerPoint presentation.
