wma to mp3

wma to mp3

Hi,
my problem is, that the programme doesn't convert wma to mp3!
Everytime I try it, I read
"The file *** is encrypted which dMC is not able to decode."
I've installed all features I found.
Can anybody help me?

Encrypted files cannot be converted - that's why they are encrypted.
