    Converting 6 Channel Ogg To 6 Wav's

Can dMC convert 6 Channel Ogg files to its component wav's, because when i've tried i get this error "The CODEC required to decompress 'D:\-=Music=-\Reanimation DVD\01 - Opening.ogg' could not be opened."

Can you check your file size for your 6 channel ogg files and have you checked to see that you can play these channel ogg files through dAP? Are you sure that these files are, in fact, Ogg files?

I ask because I find I am not able to create a valid 6 channel Ogg file using dMC although I do end up sometimes with a partial file which is either 0 kb in size or might be ridiculously small. Such files cannot be converted or played. My guess is that the dBpowerAMP Ogg codecs will neither read or write a 6 channel Ogg file, although I could be mistaken on this.

So if your files are 6 channel ogg files, could you tell us how they were created?

    Best wishes,
    Bill Mikkelsen

I think dmc's ogg does not support 6 channel, until it is updated (relatively soon).
