Great, does it also have an internal downmixer? I think Bill also would like to create mono AAC/MP4 files from stereo WAV input which isn't possible with FAAC alone that always encodes the number of input channels without downmixing them.
By the way, some examples for existing GUI plugins with internal MP4 file writing and tagging support can be found in the FAAC source code package on Audiocoding.com, i.e. foo_faac from Case as well as out_faac and cool_faac from Antonio.
