    rip question?

i just tried ripping a cd to a mp3 file and i also tried ripping to a ogg - but somethings wrong. both time i selected all fifteen tracks of the cd. it took about 22 minutes to rip, but yet i only get one song on my computer- the last track. i've done this three times and end up with the same thing.

any ideas- i've checked the settings on the dMC audio cd input and it appears correct. anyone familiar with this.

i did see this in the FAQ -

    >>>In Audio CD Input >> Options Menu >> Standard CD Player Emulation >>
make sure the option 'Table of contents detection' is switched off.<<<

    but this didn't work either
    thanks!

    Re: rip question?

This resembles a copy-protection issue that some users have encountered only backward (usually the cd will allow every track EXCEPT the first or last track to be ripped).

Try going to dMC Audio CD Configuration (Start>All Programs>dBpowerAMP Music Converter>Configuration>Audio CD Configuration). Try setting CD Communication to 2000/NT Built-in (Limited).

Let us know whether that works.

      Re: rip question?

What happens if you try ripping one track at a time, by checking only one of the displayed tracks, and then rerunning the program?

Audio CD Input >> Options >> make sure file naming is something like:

          [artist] - [track]
