Pop-up Info Tips

Checked the faq about this problem and it hasn't helped. It works on my friends system but when I put the cursor over an mp3................nothing.

If you select the file - look at the botto info bar in explorer - does it show things such as length down there?

No, it only shows file size in the status bar. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing as well. The only way I can get the info is to right-click and choose "edit tag".

Do you get the right click 'Convert To' option?

Yes, the "convert to" is there when right-clicked.

If you hold the mouse over a Wave file, do you get the info tip?

Sorry for barging in like this, but I think this function is a bit annoying at times, is there also a way to turn it off?

Have a look in the dMC Options dialog - there's an option to turn it off.
