These are apparently MusicNet Music download files. Apparently they can be read by RealPlayer and by RealOne Player. This is per the following source:
It is not clear whether these might be streaming files or actual download files. It does not appear that they can be burned to cd. If they can, in fact, be played by RealPlayer or RealOne Player, perhaps they could be recorded off of the soundcard using auxilary input.
If anyone has some further information this would be welcomed.Comment
