'Rip to' options-removing artist name

How do i remove the artist name within the file name before ripping to a new music folder?
I.e using rip to options i browse and change the folder i rip to and yet all the song file names include artist name as well so i have to delete/rename them manually. Is it possible to remove the artist name from the filename before ripping?
