Locate encoder button in DBM converter

I wondered why the locate encoder button is visible when the encoder is installed in the right place and recognised by the program? It seems to occur with CLI codecs? I just realised you can click convert straight away if the encoder is in the right place, but if it is so, would it not be more intuitive for this button to be invisible?

Just incase you need to change the encoder, once it is set just ignore that button.
