OK, I registered and now -

I registered for both the powerpack and the cd-ripper, No e-mails yet but i just did it. Altho i dont have a use for the protable thing.
I'm hoping for a definative Help file to be forthcoming.

    A couple questions -
    1. I have all of the db programs in a single folder D:\Utils\DBpowerAmp), except the dbAMP (Player) will this cause a problem?

Auxiliary converter (version = release 3).
    dbMusic converter (version = 10.1)
db CD Ripper (CDGrab.exe, version ??).
    Powerpack (version 3).
    dbAMP (program files\Illustrate\dbpoweramp

    2. I pulled the ra codec (understand its still being worked on), and have had no luck playing (some) RA files. RA files that begin with ".ray" Note:
the y has a little carat above it. The RA files that do play are really RM
files (dumping the file and looking at the first couple of characters will
confirm this. This is not a problem with the player as they also dont
play in WinAmp. Will the finalized version of this codec be able to play the
    .ray (with carat) files?

    3. A lot of the codecs have settings that can be changed, is there a help file that explains these settings in laymans terms?

thank you for some good products,
    savagcl

It complicates things, as your Codecs will have to be installed to each location that dMC and dAP is (rather than the default).

I have not heard of .ray RM files before.

For help each codec installs a help file into start >> programs >> dbpoweramp music converter >> help >> codecs
