    dbpowerAMP baloonhints missing

    Hi guys!
Look, when mouse cursor moves over MP3 file a fullfill hint window by dbpowerAMP appears. Well, it have a missing display of every tag information, that have international symbols (russian in my case)

BTW, there are no any problem with international symbols when viewing file properties on added dbpowerAMP tab.

            Yes. did it.

I've tested that on two copies of windows XP + SP1
Russian and English. There are no any differences.

They are not UTF8, I don't know what wrote them but they are strange characters. On my Windows it displays the charcters, but they are scrambled.

I don't know what the file is, other programs also do not display any russian characters, it is tagged incorrectly. What tagged the file?
