Have you configured your drive for use with AccurateRip?
To enable AccurateRip you must run Audio CD Input against (at least 2) CDs that it recognises so that the software can calculate the offsets for your drive. When you insert a known CD the program will let you know and offer to configure your drive.

You may already be aware of this but you must first download and install the AccurateRip dll and the AccurateRip database from the AccurateRip website. You will find a link for the AccurateRip website under the Music Converter forums. Then, as Wayne says, you will need to configure your drives to enable AccurateRip.
