Errors Whilst Converting

Gd Day, appreciate if someone can advise me on this problem. The Audio CD could be played using Real Player but when I try to click Convert, the following message will pop up:


The file 'D:\Track04.cda' could not be opened.
Read Table of Contents failed - audio disc in drive?
