GetPopupInfo.exe

I keep getting a windows XP error saying that "GetPopupInfo.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." It Seems like it happens whenever i Right Click on a File. I dont even have any dBpowerAMP programs open. Im just wondering what that file is and why it would be causing an error...especially when im not even running any of Illustrate's programs.

It is the popup information, run dMC Configuration and switch popup information off. (BTW if the popup is crashing then the converter will, perhaps a duff audio file).
