how to get cbr quality?

hello guys, when i convert a mp3 to mp3 and i choose constanst bitrate 192 but when the converting is done i dont get cbr beside 192 kbs i just get 192.

can anyone help me? thanks

I'm not sure where you're looking to check. Might be a tag thing. But my assumption would be that a bitrate would be a cbr unless you see variance on playback and/or it says abr or vbr beside the bitrate.
I don't think you have anything to worry about.
