How to mass re-encode?

I used DMC to rip CD's onto the PC hard drive in FLAC and it worked very well. Now I need to re-encode the FLAC files to MP3 so I can copy them to my player. The files are in several folders and sub-folders. I can't seem to fugure out how to tell DMC to just encode all the folders; it wants to do it file by file. What am I missing?
