Audio CD Input Used to Rip, now it only shows one track?

In Audio CD Input >> Options Menu >> Standard CD Player Emulation >>

make sure the option 'Table of contents detection' is switched off.

    THIS IS ME GETTING EDUCATED:

Shouldn't that option be ON instead?

If it is already off you could try switching it back on. Normally it seems to be set for On and turning it off works.
      See:

      http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=5077 (posts 5 & 6); and,
I'm not sure what the problem is, neither DMC or the audio player will recognize any CD-Rs I have. They did before and I haven't changed anything. Windows Media Player still plays them and Nero can rip them, but I don't know what happened here. I think I'm running the current versions of everything. Most of the time DMC

Now the why and how of how this works is beyond me although I am sure Spoon can explain it.
      Best wishes,

        Aha! Light dawns!

As a matter of fact one way or another for all the cd's I tried the list of tracks actually shows, regardless of that setting. But I think I don't have any protected cd's to try out.

I think I understand it though. In one way it reads the table of contents as stored on the cd and if it is somehow protected that would not work and may thus show only one track. Otherwise it probably goes through the cd track by track in sequence and builds a listing of the tracks on the fly.

Whether or not this is the right logic, only Spoon knows. :D
