    Converting to mp3.

    Hi Im sorry if this has been posted before.
    I Downloaded the music converter a while ago and it worked a treat everything was brilliant then after a while the music stopped converting to mp3 can anyone help?

    What exactly is it doing? be more specific. You may need to make sure it is still writing to the proper codec. You can also re-install the whole program and re-boot.

      Ok im trying to convert cd's to mp3 to play on an iPOD.
      It worked perfectly before but not now.
      Can u tell me what codecs are useful or options to change?

        And another thing when converting is in process DSP comes up and before it said realtime x8 or something and now it doesnt.

          i turned volume normalize off and it encodes but same problem it still does not work

            Alrighty, one thing you can try is to go to the CD input and next to the "RIP" button is a small arrow pointing down, go to that and then click "rip to" and make sure that mp3 (lame) is checked. As far as compression, you can go to the compression settings on the same tab and choose whatever compression you need. I don't ipod so I dunno what would be best. If none of this works, just try uninstalling DMC, re-boot, and then re-install it. Hope that helps.
