    aac -> mp4 ->wma

    Ok, I followed(believed so) this link's directions;

    and whenever I try to play the mp4's in quicktime I get no sound, or when i try to convert mp4 -> wma through dBpowerAMP Converter, I get a size of like 4kb.

    Are you using the 'AAC to mp4' codec rather than convert to >> mp4, it should work better? also what created the aac file?

      hi

      i uploaded my entire cd collection to itunes, but i want to convert these mp4 files to wma. so i downloaded your converter but when i go to my itunes folder it lists all the artists and albums, but when i open the folders there's nothing there. i tried viewing a music folder to find files of every type listed, but nothing is showing up. can your program convert mp4 to wma files?
      thanks, cat

        Go to Codec Central and get the decoding codecs for .mp4 .

        But if your files are in fact protected this won't be enough. Check the FAQ section in the forum for other methods. http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=6258

          Why do you want to do that (convert them to wma)?. I suspect that you have somehow copy-potected all your music files and you MAY be stuck with whatever format they are now in.
