BUG in version r11b1b (tagging)

I have found the following problem: if I encode normal mp3 files to mp3PRO (THOMSON) using dMC the files that don't have tags (neither v1 or v2) are created WITH tags and they look something like this: title: ~dmcin; author: Unknown; album: Unknown. This doesn't happen to the files that are originally tagged (v1 or v2).

It is the thomson encoder that is keeping the file locked, all I can suggest is before hand use the codec 'arrange music' then 'tag from filename', or my Audio player (overwrite the originals and use the re-write tag option in the music collection).
