dMC and Nero AAC Crashing

I have ripped most of my CD collection to my hardrive using dMC Audio CD input. I have been using Monkey Lossless compression. Everything has been working great with the ripping.

Now I am trying to convert my entire collection (4000 songs +) using Nero AAC converter and dMC without success. Every time I run it the program MusicConverter.exe crashes after aprox 60 convertions. I am using the following settings in Nero:

VBR Internet::Medium quality.
Encoder High
AAC Profile: LC
Nero 6 Version 6.3.1.10
Using Nero AAC Codec 2.6.2.2

dMC Release 10.1
Nero mp4 Release 2 Nero codec

I have tried the “test no write” option in dMC and it appears to not crash.

Does anyone have any Ideas?

More info, I am converting using Lame mp3 codec without any problem - so far. I have converted about 600 of the 3500 files so far.

Is Nero a registered version or a demo? The mp3Pro encoder with the demo version expires after 50 rips.

I am not converting from mp3pro. Its from Monkey Audio Lossless to Nero AAC. I bought Nero - so its registered. Also, the crash occurs mid song and last time it was processing file 60-ish, 100ish – it does not seem to be consistent. My suspicions are that its some fatal interaction between the Nero AAC codec and dMC.

Install dMC R11 (from Beta section), it should help.
