problem with converting .Mp3 to .RM

i can convert one .mp3 file to a .rm at a time, but now if i try to do more than one file, a microsoft error occurs and the poweramp is shut down. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanx!

yes, i have downloaded that, but I'm saying, even when I convert single files now, the Microsoft error window is popping up. I have no clue what is wrong.
