WNASPI32.dll Won't Load

I've been happily using dB Audio CD Input for about a month. Today when I clicked the icon, I got the message "Unable to load WNASPI32.dll". What's wrong and how can I fix it?

I forgot to log in earlier. The unregistered guest was me, rmoxtenn. Operating system is Windows 2000 Pro.

Set it to not use ASPI, start >> programs >> dbpoweramp music converter >> configuration >> dMC Audio CD Input Configuration

set communication to 'NT/2000 Device IO'
