When i install dBpowerAMP it sends a message sayinfg "The procedure entry point WMCreateSyncReader could not bo located in the dynamic library WMVCore.dll"; sents the same when installing wma codecs

You need to install the WMA v9 System codecs (big install on the WMA codec download page).
