Losless quality.

I found an inconsistency in many losless encoders:
if their purpose is to compress without loose any sound quality, why they 'ask' me to choose the compression quality?

Not quality but rather compression factor, a high will take more CPU time to compress and will be slightly smaller, but the decodec file will be identical.
