    (A/V) in WMAv9 encoder

I have a little problem in understanding a little difference in WMA encoder:
what's the difference between (example valid for all the other cases) 192 kbps, 44 khz, 2 channel 24 bit CBR and 192 kbps, 44 khz, 2 channel 24 bit (A/V) CBR?

I use this post also for asking a Thread for NERO AAC encoder:
what is the PNS in its compression setting?

    Thank you!

A/V is audio video, the video part is not used with dMC.
