I PAID TODAY TO REGISTER THE DBPOWER PACK AND I RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION WHERE MY CHARGE CARD WAS CHARGED, BUT NO EMAIL WITH THE DOWN LOAD IN IT. I EMAILED TODAY BUT NO ANSWER NICE PRODUCT BUT POOR BUSINESS. I GUESS I NEED TO CALL VISA.

Howdy Friend,
Please be patient, this program is coded and ran by one man, Spoon. He tries to do everything he can, but I'm sure he has a social life and all that other stuff most human beings have. He gets a couple hundred e-mails a day and currently has a huge list of to-do's which he must fulfill. If you've already withdrawn the charge and have decided against using this product becuase of a computer malfuction and a non-immediate response, it will be your loss.

Where to begin...

1) I don't think you were RIPPED OFF because all processing is done through www.swreg.org - they handle $50,000,000 of sales per year (not for dBpowerAMP )
2) Your email was sent over an Easter weekend, most businesses have holidays
3) After your email was not answered (after 4 hours) you go all over the web posting this message (I have seen it in 2 locations)
4) I have not recieved your email, perhaps the evidence points to you having email problems, anyhow try sending another one, the address is here:
