How come like afta a few days of using the program the converting speeds has dropped from a constant 3 - 3.4 realtime encoding speed to 0.5 - 1 realtime encoding speeds. I have tried closing some programs to free up some cpu but that has had no affect. thanx

Ive had the same issuse with many encoders. Just stated having slow issues with Nero Encoder. It was from 4MB/s down to 1-2 MB/s. im encoding from MP4 to MP3.Comment

If you have XP - press control + alt + delete and look what is taking CPU time with Task manager.Comment
