HELP! wav to aac format!

Hi im a newbie so please be easy on me, i have downloaded the program and what i need to do is convert a windows audio file to .aac for my Nokia N-Gage which plays that format and i was wondering what i needed to download in order to achieve this has i am totally baffled i really want to convert so that i can start listening to tunes on the move!
