Capturing .rom

Is there anyway while a Real .ram file is playing from a web site that I could record it? Then convert it into mp3 or wave with dbpowerAMP.

There are some programs that can make a recording of anything that you hear on your pc. This is incuding .ram files. The quality of some are bad. Try this adress and look for yourself.
