Cant remove 'convert to' from menu

[Unregistered]

i unchecked the boxes on configuration so it would not appear but i go back on a minute latewr and they are checked again. does anyone know how to fix this?
by the way i am running xp home

Make sure you have the latest dBpowerAMP Music Converter, also make sure that the codec is installed for the 'Convert To' you are trying to remove.

I think "unregistered" want's to remove "convert to" from his
Windows Explorer context menu, and is having trouble doing so...

Well if you uncheck it in the configuration program it should remove them.
