RM to MP3 conversion

When trying to convert .rm files to .mp3, I received the following error message. 'The CODEC required to decompress '<Filename>.ram' could not be opened.' I've got the codec for .rm from codec central downloads. Let me know, what else do I need for this conversion.

do u have real player 8 installed or real alternative? (available in codec section)
