dMC-r10.exe NOT SUPPORT TRADITION CHINESE,WHY ?

I have install dMC-r10.exe

When I change some TRADITION CHINESE mp3 from 192kbps to 128kbps....

MY ID3TAG change to strange code.....why ??

If previous version dMC-r9.exe no this problem? WHY??

GO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY, DON'T OCCUR AGAIN,THX INDEED!!
