MP3 Blade

i just downloaded the latest db poweramp music conveter and i found that they dont have MP3 Blade in the convert to list. i was wondering how do i get MP3 Blade to convert to and which is better MP3 Blade or MP3 Lame

Lame is better, but if you want Blade you can find it in codec central.
