Error message when trying to convert

When I try to convert a file, there will be an error message which is shown below.

AppName: musicconverter.exe AppVer: 4.2.1.0 ModName: wmspdmoe.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.2980 Offset: 00027c0b

I couldn't figure out what the problem is. Can anyone help?

What format is the file are you trying to convert and what are you trying to convert it to?

I am trying to convert mp3 files. I tried right clicking on the file and selected "convert to" but the error message would pop up before I can select the format.

Sounds like a codec installed to the wrong folder, delete the \dBpowerAMP\Multiplayer\input

folder then reinstall just dMC and test it.
