Can RealAudio (.ra or .ram) Files be converted to

[CZZ]

.WAV or MP3 as they're playing (on the fly, in other words)?
I've heard dbPowerAmp can do this with a plug in.

Using

Windows 98SE (1 Ghz Athlon), 256 Mb RAM, 32 Mb Sound card

Currently installed RealPlayer: Version 8.0 Basic (Build: 6.09.584)
