Is this a glitch?

Seems like every time I've converted a file since updating to the latest version, the first attempt at converting fails with an error message, and then I make a second attempt and it works. Not a big deal, but it always used to work on the first attempt... or maybe I am doing something wrong? Using Windows 10...

Didn't see your reply till now, but it just happened again. I will have to post here again next time it happens since I didn't get a screenshot of the error popup.
