ID tag editing

When I edit an ID tag the window doesn't open fully, making some options unavailable, (ie. preference, track number, volume normalizing)

Sounds like you might have windows set to large fonts?

I've attached a bitmap.
I first downloaded dpboweramp about eight months ago and have been using the freeware version untill a few days ago when I purchased a registered version. When I first installed it the edit window was fine for about five months then it began to look like it does now. In hopes of solving the problem I downloaded new versions of the software, removed the old versions (through control panel / add remove software) and deleted the folders, but the problem keeps returning.
Now I can't find the attached file!
