I have now Uninstalled the trial version ... no change, problem still there.
Now I'll restart my laptop to see if that has any effect.

It worked .. installation completed.
THREAD CAN CLOSE (DO i HAVE TO DO THAT?)

Do you have a security software running? Which one?

Nothing special .. just Windows Defender

first i might try to redownload the install file. You can also try to run exe file by right clicking and selecting "run as administrator"

Thanks for your reply ... I already did suggestion 1 ....... just tried *2 ....... both same result ...... no change. Thanks for trying though.

Running windows 10 on laptop
Purchased dbpoweramp Converter/ripper for my own use.
Saved .exe file
Double click it ... blank box with the the spinning circle image appears and spins ... nothing else happens.
Any suggestions please?
