Is it possible to convert a .wax to a .wav?

The problem that I find is that I cannot seem to save a .wax anywhere to start with. Are these in some temporary file? I really just want to save radio to disk so I can play it in the car because I dont have time to sit and listen.
But I have no clue how to do it. I linked to here from GOOGLE. Please help!

PeeDee, there are three interpretations for .wax, one of which being advanced streaming audio, and I'm assuming this is what your files are. If this is the case, I can save Spoon the trouble of answering - in a recent reply to a post I made, he said that streaming audio is something which he will address later. For the moment, dB will not do it - one of the very few things it won't!
