Trying to covert cda to mp3

I have had your software forever. Now all of a sudden I can't convert cda files on my hardrive to Mp3's. I also get a spam getpopupinfo.exe which starts eating up all my CPU resorces and memory have hanging my whole computor up. So I ended up deleted it (dbpowerAMP) and Dl the newer version. Same problem anybody have any ideas? I can't find another program to convert cda files on my hardrive to Mp3's. Allot of them will directly from a CD but not from a file.

getpopinfo.exe is the program responsible for supplying the information pop-up which appears whenever you move the mouse over a file (within Windows explorer).

Have you tried turning off this feature within dMC configuration?

It is a symptom something is wrong, use Audio CD Input does it list tracks? is your drive listed on Options?
