Title length

It seems like if a title is longer than 100 characters that it will crash Music Converter.

I tried to do a long batch conversiion last night and the program had crashed. Every time I started it this morning, even after a reboot, it still would crash.

I searched for long titles and removed them. Now the conversion is running as expected.

I first noticed it through File Selector but it also happens in Music Converter.
