Adding the DSP

I'm trying to go from flac24 to flac16. I need to add the effects but if I click add it just goes to a codec description page with nothing to download. Any help would be grand.

You need dBpoweramp Reference to be able to select DSP effects, check which version of dBpoweramp you have.
