Yup. If I uninstall dBpoweramp, it goes away, if I reinstall it, it comes right back.

Can you post a picture of the full first right click menu, and the full menu when choose 'show more options'

Problem confirmed.

Apparently some Windows 11 machines duplicate modern context menu commands in "classic" context menu, but with bugs.

If someone knows how to turn this functionality on/off, please enlighten me, I only know that one of my PCs does it and others (including fresh Win11 virtual machines) don't, couldn't isolate the reason after hours of staring at procmon logs.

We're actively working on mitigation for this.
