    Nomad JB2 driver installation problems

    HI ya,

I am new to this board, i have just purchased a brand new Nomad Jukebox 2 10gb mp3 player, i was very excited and brought it home. Charged it up pateintly for 4 hours then followed the instructions to install the player. However when i am instaling the software off the supplid cd i get this message

"An error occured while setting up the driver"

    I have Win xp Pro
    1 gb of corsair ram
    ABIT IC7 mainboard
    2.8 p4
    SB AUdigy 2 standard
    ATI radeon 9700 pro

i uninstalled everything tried it again, no luck
uninstalled all my soundcard stuff and no joy
downloaded the newest drivers off the web, still no joy, i still get the above error.

Under my computer the drive will show up but when i explore it it says not connected.

Anyone have any idead? I would be most grateful

    Thanks in advance

EDIT : i notice under the little warning box informing me off the driver problem the installation says

    skipping file :
    F:Windows\System32\CtNmBRes.dll??

which when i searched for it its info says its to do with branding resource library ?? hmmm
