Converting problem

When I try to convert some mp3 files to another bit rate, sometimes following error occures:

Unable to access ....... , possibly media player has this file open, read support FAQ.

I found nothin in FAQ. This error also occures when I've closed all Media Players. :(

It means something else has the file open, perhaps a virus checker?

I closed the virus checker, it didn't help.
