dBPoweramp R17.7 - core converter crashes converting (some) wav files to mp3

Hi there
After many years of using dBPoweramp with (almost) no issues, recently it has been crashing when converting some (but not all) wav files to mp3 - see attached crash dumps.

So this file does expose a bug in dBp, we will fix that bug, however this file is corrupted, it signals itself as a Floating point 16 bit file (they do not exist in the wild, 32 bit and 64 bit float are the norm). foobar2000 can play 16 bit float, it plays this file but the sound is bad, because it is not a 16 bit float, it is 16 bit PCM.
